Entry Fees: The Carolina Classic's entry fees are $375 per first, or "A" team, and $325 per additional team. Each team's fees are due by March 7th, 2020. Checks payable to UNC Women's Club Volleyball. Our mailing address is 101 Student Recreation Center CB #8610 Chapel Hill, NC 27599. Your spot is NOT SECURED until we have received your entry fees.

All tournament seeding will be determined by the NCVF Women's Committee.

At least one certified official will be assigned to each match.

A-Teams have priority in registration until 21 days before the tournament (March 7th, 2020). ALL B-Teams will be placed on a wait-list, in order of contact with us. Should openings be available after 21 days prior to the tournament (March 7th, 2020) B-Teams will be contacted in the order of contact with us, the host school.

Teams may withdraw from the Carolina Classic if a request is made in writing at least 21 days before the tournament (March 7th, 2020). We are required to provide a full refund within 30 days of withdrawal. Refund requests received after this time will not be granted except by the NCVF Women's Committee, and only in cases of dangerous weather conditions, or other extreme circumstances. We will be required to notify the NCVF Women's Committee of any withdrawal requests after March 7th, 2020, and such teams may be subject to sanctions.
